Your friend, Mangaliso has just bought a laptop and a modem (3G) from Incredible Connection. The laptop uses windows XP and Microsoft 2007. Mangaliso is so eager to go online. Unfortunately, he does not know how to connect and use the internet. He approaches you for help on the following;

• Saving pictures on a Webpage
• Extracting information from a Webpage and coping it to a file

Develop a checklist that you would use to train Mangaliso on each topic above using internet explorer.

Pieter is a grade 12 learner who goes to Cape High School. Their economics educator gave them an assignment to write an essay on: the relationship between inflation and unemployment. To get more information on the topic, Pieter intends to use the search engines. Unfortunately, he does not know how to go about it. He approaches you for assistance.
